No. Once an invoice has been paid, it will automatically settle in IODM the next time you bring the invoices into IODM.

Why do I need to enter my credit card details when signing up for the free trial?

This verifies that you are trialing our product, and makes sure there is some accountability as to who our clients are.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, IODM does not store any credit card information.

Is my data secure?

Yes - we treat the storage of your data very seriously. IODM uses a variety of industry standard security systems to protect your data, including frequent back-ups and independent penetration tests.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime within the number of invoices you have uploaded. From the Home Screen, head to Settings > View Change Plan > Change Plan.

How do I unsubscribe from IODM?

You can unsubscribe from IODM at anytime by heading to Settings > View Change Plan > Unsubscribe
